Choose Room

Choose Room is popular guest service and a strong new revenue stream.

You can charge guests for the opportunity to choose their own room within the booked room category. Guests are willing to pay up to 7% of the room price for this service.

At the moment AeroGuest’s user pays approximately 5% of the room price and 20% of arrivals through AeroGuest purchase this service.

Upgrade Room

Upgrade Room is for guests who change their minds and want to upgrade the room category and thus pay more for a better room.

A much more efficient service when communicated through mobile than when arriving at a front desk.

Low Credit Card Fees

Through our partnership with the advanced payment gateway APEXX Global, we’re able to consolidate global acquirers and payment providers into a single integration point, optimizing the cost of mobile payments for hotels and service providers.

AeroGuest offers a full CMS and chat module for promoting services like food and beverages, room service and spa.

AeroGuest guide guests to book hotel stay directly through the app instead of big OTA’s.

As the next trip is coming up, the guest can make a new booking by pressing the BOOK AGAIN button in app.
