Usually, the hotel front desk has been in charge of AeroGuest support during the guest's stay. But as an increasing number of AeroGuest users check-in at the hotel before arrival, we've implemented a support functionality within the AeroGuest App.
If the guest can't find his or her booking, experience problems with a credit card, or can't retrieve a digital key,- the AeroGuest Support team will be available to fix the issue.
