Loyalty wallet: Increase your conversion

To get an understanding of the loyalty market and the AeroGuest engines conversion capabilities, we developed a first version of what is called Rewards in the guest’s app and launched it at a few select hotels in the beginning of 2021.

 

We’ve now collected how many guests AeroGuest can convert to the hotel’s loyalty program and are thrilled to share that 30 % of guests sign up after completing mobile check-in. If you do'nt have a loyalty program (yet) you can just a easy use this flow to get e-mail permission which is very useful for marketing. And very costly to acquire.

 

 

Rewards is a loyalty wallet for travelers, where they can collect unique benefits at their favorite hotels and help you increase Direct bookings. Below is a simplified illustration of our unique conversion funnel.

During sign-up, the guests contact information is corrected for guests that book through an OTA, by requiring the guest to provide their own email addressinstead of using the temporary email address you normally get from bookings made with Expedia and Booking.com. The contact information can be downloaded from AeroGuest Flow and used in your Marketing newsletters.

 

With the loyalty program in the guest's wallet, it's easy to press Book a stay and the guest is directed to your hotel's booking page in the App. From here it's just a few steps and the guest has booked their next stay. This is just the start - there’s much more to do, and we are hard at work, translating the past years insights and feedback to deliver the best loyalty engine to our hotel partners.

You can already now get started. All it takes is adding AeroGuest to your Channel Manager and providing a few special rates we can use to boost the loyalty program to your guests.
