Our Godo Integrations
Our validated Godo PMS integration is a full 2-way integration which synchronizes reservation data and reservation states between AeroGuest and Godo.
This enables AeroGuest to know any changes in the PMS triggered by the outside world or any changes triggered by the front desk. Hence securing a complete automated and seamless guest journey.
With this 2-way integration in place your hotel can enable their guests' self-service through AeroGuest. The AeroGuest Kiosk interface communicates the guest’s actions from the AeroGuest backend to the hotels Godo PMS installation.
Check-in Made Easy
Onboarding of your guests and discovery of their booking occurs through our automated or manual digitalization tools and results in an extremely simple and user-friendly process, in most cases your guests are not even required to know the reference number of their booking. Once the booking is discovered our versatile and flexible web check-in will handle your hotels requirements to guest information, digital scan of passport, signing of registration card and payment. And all guest profile and payment information will be synchronized to your hotels Godo PMS installation.
Our Godo integration is implemented through the Godo API supporting both API access to the PMS and frequent pull of booking data to AeroGuest.
The Guest Management System (GMS)
AeroGuest Flow is your Guest Management System (GMS). AeroGuest Flow consists of all the data from your PMS and all the data from your guest fueled with an advanced and user friendly front-end. This combination provides your hotel with the best Guest Management System in the world. You can track all guest journeys and see their communication threads. AeroGuest is designed to mobile enable the front desk, giving receptionists the freedom to move around and better serve guests.

Guest can check-in and choose their room or Upgrade their room while relaxing in the lobby instead of standing in line. They might even enjoy a drink before going to their preferred room equipped with a digital key.

We consider collaboration as a partnership. Integration with PMS's, mobile access, channel managers and payment gateways are done without any costs.
€1 per check-in
Our shared goal is to transform all hotel guests to mobile guests. We charge €1 per guest using AeroGuest. Which enable the hotel with a range of new revenues.
Optional Feature: Choose Room
Digitalizing your guests through AeroGuest will, apart from increased service, give you a lower cost on keycards and credit card fees, and increase revenue through the unique Choose Room feature. We charge 20% of the Choose Room price set by the hotel.
Optional Feature: Re-Book and Direct Booking
AeroGuest enables more direct booking and increased sign-up to your loyalty program. We charge 5-10% on direct bookings depending on Loyalty Program and Channel Manager.

With AeroGuest your guest can stay at you hotel through a 100% seamless check-in process via the guests own mobile phone. No unnessesary guest contact besides great service.
